We are looking for Training Manager for TK Projects
Trainer plays a vital role in facilitating the training and development of railway personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and safely.
You’ll make a difference by
Training Program Development: Overview the design and development of the Training Management Plan for the Project, including modules, and materials tailored to the specific needs of the staff.Curriculum Planning: Create a structured Training Matrix that outlines the training content, objectives, and expected outcomes for different staff categories.Assessment and Evaluation: Supervise the tests and assessments to gauge the knowledge and skills of trainees. Provide feedback and guidance to help them improve and meet performance standards.Training Records: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, performance evaluations, and certifications for all trainees who have completed training programs.Communication: Foster open communication with both training participants and management to address concerns, provide updates on training progress, and adapt training programs as needed.Represent Siemens Mobility towards the Customer for all aspects related to the preparation of the training, its performance, monitoring and follow-up.Ensure communication and coordination with the Customer or its representative and the Operation & Maintenance entities.Ensure the preparation of the Siemens Mobility suppliers’ training material to assure its quality and comprehensiveness. and submission towards the Customer.Be responsible within the Project team for the coordination and scheduling of related training activities.Ensure all training material is fit for purpose and ready as per the training schedule.Supervise the training implementation to assure quality of delivery.Desired Skills:
Bachelor of Engineering Electrical/Electronic discipline or its equivalent.Possesses more than 8 years working experiences in railway (at least 4 years in metro) engineering. Good knowledge of Metro systems.Good presentation skills High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio)Excellent communicator, both written and oral.Prior experience in Training is an added advantagePeople Management experience.Join us and be yourself!
