Key Accountabilities
Analyze training needs and devise training strategy
Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, client surveys, MSP result, studying performance management systems and regular consultation with retail sales managers and human resources departments;Planning, Program Development, Delivery
Responsible for effective and efficient (internal or external) program management and delivery including Induction programs for new staff, new store opening training, sales, service, products, clienteling, team management and leadership programs.In-store follow-up
In-store follow-up to ensure training effectiveness and implement proper actions to reinforce new learnings are turning into selling habitsManage training budget
The Training Manager is responsible for optimizing the training budget and ensuring a strict respect of the budget.Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration or related discipline At least 10 years training and/or coaching experience for in sales, service, team management and leadership skills Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment Excellent command on Microsoft Office software (excel, word, powerpoint) Proficient English and Mandarin skill in both written & spoken Ability to take ownership and mutli-task, good team playerPreferred Qualifications
Professional knowledge of diamond and gemstone Retail sales experience in luxury industry Graduate Gemologist certificate
