Eligibility: Credit bearing internship with 12 months duration preferably (6 months minimum)

Others: Company transport provision at designated MRT Station

Sanofi has added two new Evolutive Facilities to our global industrial footprint. These production units (EVF) represent the future of manufacturing. They allow us to increase our capacities while making production more flexible and respectful of the environment.

Our manufacturing sites are state-of-the-art, powered by big data and digital. It is the bridge between scientific advances and transformative medicine serving millions of people around the world.

Fully digitalized, our Evolutive Facilities (EVF) will enable more responsive and flexible manufacturing across multiple vaccine and biological platforms including mRNA, while minimizing our impact to the environment. Our EVFs will help improve people’s lives by giving them faster access to more treatments.

Main responsibilities:

Training - Instructional Design

Needs analysis to scope training content and confirm training delivery modalityApply instructional design principles in content creation for training materials, including assessmentsConduct validation of training materials with pilot learners to incorporate improvements

Operational Excellence - Sanofi Manufacturing System

Support identification of performance & improvement initiatives on the shopfloor with operational teamFollow execution of performance plan at APU/function levelDeploy & update SMS standards according to needs of the operational teams

Other support (as needed)

Improvement initiatives related to the Learning Management System (LMS)Pilot testing of immersive technologies evaluation (AR/VR)Preparation of training materialsSupport digital project deploymentAny other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

About you:

Undergraduate for a technical degree (e.g. Engineering, Science)Strong interest in designing training materials/ educationPassionate in driving continuous improvementDigital awareness but not any deep skills expectedLearning agility for acquiring new skills and knowledgeGood technical writing skillsGood PowerPoint design skillsGood team playerGood organizational skillsHighly motivatedSelf-starter and proactiveResourceful and innovative
