Job Description & Summary

Your Impact

Play a critical role in our Training Operations team by managing Training and Development cases within ServiceNow. You will oversee and coordinate all Advisory training initiatives.Analyse training needs and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and better meet service line requirements.Work closely with the Learning & Development Key Account Manager for Advisory to address emerging training needs effectively.Act as the primary advisor for stakeholders in planning, organising, and executing training events. Manage end-to-end event logistics, collect feedback, and deliver actionable insights.Serve as the go-to expert for training-related reporting, inquiries, and continuous education attendance data.Independently lead and manage small to medium-sized projects related to process changes, system releases, and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with department objectives.Represent PwC Switzerland’s interests in PwC Europe training offerings related to Advisory (ADV) while maintaining a strong national and international network.

Your Skill Set

Bachelor’s degree from a university or business school.Passionate about learning and development, with a problem-solving mindset to tackle complex challenges.Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated, thriving in fast-paced environments with autonomy.Skilled at prioritising tasks and managing conflicting demands, especially during peak workloads.An innovative thinker who excels at improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency.Highly detail-oriented with experience in data management and reporting.Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.Fluent in English (mandatory); German proficiency is a strong advantage.Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR systems. Familiarity with Cornerstone or comparable platforms is highly preferred.
