TRAINING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Summary You will serve as a TRAINING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR in the Training Branch of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Logistics Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will serve as a training coordinator that plans, schedules, tracks and performs throughput analysis for all technical training courses across the full range of Aircraft MRP production processes and general Aviation Maintenance Training. You will coordinate administrative support for a variety of technical training courses. You will perform tasks associated with course scheduling, material ordering and tracking, etc. You will be responsible for the scheduling of Training Operations events to include: Annual Formal Course Reviews, Equipment Requirements Lists, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ?????? 1) Assists with annual and quarterly review of the production workforce technical training requirements and internal staff development training; 2) Coordinates special request training convenes and the delivery of Mobile Training Teams (MTT) activities; 3) Tracks, routes and assists in maintaining files on instructor certification evaluations, annual evaluations, annual course and Equipment Requirement Lists reviews and student survey and training feedback programs; 4) Responsible for taking and maintaining appropriate training to hold a Command credit card and has delegated authority outlines in the incumbent's Letter of Delegation and in accordance with NAVSUPINST 4200.99B.
