Training Planner (Contingent upon contract award)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION \n

The Training Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all training events and resources (facilities, transportation, logistics, etc.)\n

*This position is contingent upon contract award*\n

DUTIES\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nCollaborate with the training teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule all training events and resources for the Sentinel program.\nProvide accurate and timely information to training teams regarding the status of training resources to support upcoming events.\nPrepare, update, and maintain training resource estimates, including cost, level of effort (LOE), and required materials.\nDevelop comprehensive training resource plans and monitor the execution of these plans to ensure the availability of necessary resources.\nProcess, analyze, and disseminate training resource information to relevant stakeholders.\nPrepare reports, such as general progress reports and After Action Reports (AARs), to document the utilization and effectiveness of training resources.\nConduct training risk management assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nCollaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective allocation of training resources.\nStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in training resource management.\nProcess paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.\nTravel may be required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n

EDUCATION\/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \n\nBA\/BS is required. \nThree (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.\nKnowledge of and experience with Joint Cyber Command and Control Reporting (JCC2R) is preferred.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a TS\/SCI clearance.\nMust be able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands.\nMust have strong writing and communications skills.\nMust be able to work well under pressure, prioritize task, and meet deadlines.\nMust be detail oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.\nMust have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).\nMust be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.\n\n
