Training Program Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training and technical assistance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with other departments to create training for client recall events to administer mostly to our call center and warehouse teams.Facilitates new hire orientation.Schedules online training sessions.Conducts basic systems training.Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.Identifies and resolves problems and issues within training projects.Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.Tracks post-designation training compliance.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.

Experience
Two (2) years of related training experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Ability to teach others how to do the job, organized, personable/works well with others.Must be able to put together training guides and documents.Quick learner and isn’t afraid to ask questions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.Analytical and interpretive skills.Organizational skills.Interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team environment and independently.Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
