Project: We're supporting a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. The team is tremendously talented, and we need to add a seasoned Training Program Manager with a strong foundation in training curriculum development and analysis for a growing number of customer requirements. Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline
6 years’ experience in geophysical technical intelligence (TechINT), processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources
Significant current experience (i.e., within the last 2 years) in TechINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TechINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases, creating data products and support/develop associated systems
Experience in technically derived data from multiple sources to include: MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT
Desired Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in the development of training materials and professional development requirements
Experience preparing and presenting briefing materials to audiences with a range of technical backgrounds from current TechINT practitioners to senior-level policy makers
Advanced degree in a STEM discipline or comparable education/teaching degrees
10 years of professional experience working in in TechINT, processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple sources
Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
Experience with the creation of graphics to support the visual depiction of complex concepts and processes
Management of administrative/logistics processes for one of more of the following: training programs, focus groups, events, discussion panels, etc
Day-to-day: In this role you will be part of a critical Intelligence Community (IC) Science and Technologies mission providing a government leadership team with subject matter expertise in training program management. You will lead the office's effort to review and revise science and technology career field professional development and training materials, content, and their delivery. Working closely with counterparts across the IC, DIE, and industry & academia you will help ensure that our customer is staying on the cutting edge of advancements in S&T-based technologies and methodologies.

Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
