Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Program - Pre-process·        Analyse BU wise training plan based on domain & location specific·        Vendor Identification, Vendor DAR (with SME team) & Vendor Registration·        Budgeting training programs throughout the year·        Build yearly roadmap for training programs, Training Program during training period·        Connect & continuous engagement with freshers and laterals·        Plan & facilitate Leader connect, SME tech talk, Interactive sessions at Lab·        Plan & facilitate Monthly connects between Associates and Academy·        On-day coordination – updates & improvement Training Program - Post activities·        Process Documentation·        Program review & Improvement·        Evaluation of training effectiveness·        Controlling & handling of reports, training analysis·        Transferring trained freshers to BU Talent Mangers·        Update of training programs to Academy & BU·        Tech events, certifications & felicitation.

Required Skills:·

Excellent Communication in English·        Good Logical Skills (to take decisions on given data, options, and constraints)·        Quick learner of new domains (Especially Bosch Related)·        Good comprehending capability·     Systematic working technic·        Effective Delegation·        Good Emotional Intelligence (How does he react in adverse situation with Trainers, Vendors, Internal Customers)·        Respect to his/her values and corporate values·        Responsible and reliable person·        Experienced in any LMS with data driven decision making

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate with desirable MBA/PGDM or BSc, BCA with MBA/PGDM
