Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Training Sales Advisor you will:

Spend the day on the phone making outbound calls and sending emails

Describe product benefits and any special offers to potential clients

Giving advice about how these may benefit customers

Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses

Manage your sales process on the CRM

Generate and qualify leads

Manager, track, and follow up on leads by calling them

Candidate Specifications

Grade 12 Certificate

2-4 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role

Excellent communication and listening skills 

A polite, confident, and friendly manner 

Confidence in using computers 

To enjoy working with customers and building relationships 

Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness

Flexibility and quick thinking 

Perseverance and the ability to handle customer rejection. 

To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure. 

To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment

To understand and comply with the main KPIs required for telesales

Based in or near Pretoria

 

Competences

Key Performance Indicators: 

Average calls per day

Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets

Keeping CRM (SFDC) up to date and client records accurate

Networking with key accounts

Self-Generating Leads
