Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Educational Technology, Education or combination of comparable work experience. Experience working with the development and implementation of learning and performance support in a corporate environment preferred. Experience in facilitation and classroom management. Understanding of adult learning theories and how to apply. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes. Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction. Embraces change, has passion and strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, can foster teamwork, and displays honesty and integrity in all situations. Must possess a motivating personality by being the face of WWT to new and existing employees. High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers. Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT's requirements. Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
