We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **We are Hiring a Training Specialist at Plymouth, MN!** The Training Specialist will work collaboratively with subject matter experts within the Business Excellence team and other cross-functional teams to develop, prepare, implement, and sustain the technical and business processes training content used to train employees and / or customers to develop technical and non-technical competencies and skills required for the company to achieve strategic objectives. The target employees include but are not limited to field service technicians, field service engineers, field service operations management, and sales professionals. **Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:** + Use full-cycle Instructional System Development (ISD - analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) to produce and deliver management-approved training + Work directly with subject matter experts within the technical area of Evoqua to design, develop and implement training content using a blended learning strategy via existing and future training deployment methods + Work directly with subject matter experts within the sales and service business process area of Evoqua to design, develop and implement training content using a blending learning strategy via existing and future training deployment methods + Directly and/or collaboratively own the tracking and reporting of training requirements and completion status of specific employee groups to support the company in achieving strategic objectives via the development of our employees + Analyze formal assessment and evaluation results to determine course outcome and applies information gathered to the design and maintenance of courses + Participate in the development and sustainment of the training strategy for the division + Conducts needs analysis to identify training requirements and recommends training strategy, tools and timelines accordingly + Live our culture and exemplify our Growth Enabling Behaviors to be highly enabled to deliver, highly empowered to succeed and highly accountable to lead **Required Qualifications:** Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + **Training Experience** + Legendary customer service skills; an unwavering passion for taking care of the customer + **Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)** + Strong collaborative + **Ability to read people** + T **actful, patience** + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Knowledge of experience related to Dialysis Industry as a plus. + **Proficient in Powe Point.** + **Ability to Travel up to 15%** **Xylem does not provide Visa Sponsorship.** Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
