Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide product and commercial training to sales and dealers

Organize training activities,including internal coordination,external commiunication,materials preparation and other meeting affairs

Assist to manage MED sales training system and process

Assist to implement “Sales Belt System”, with routine belt assessment, master record, and belt grantAssist to develop and update basic and advance sales training moduleTraining data collation and online learning system maintenanceUpdate and report sales training result

Sales aids and digital training solution

Lead in FOCUS App management, incl. deployment, localization, and updateCoordinate the update of sales aids, with monthly notification to sales teamAssist to develop online training solution, and digital system for training master dataManage above training facilities to ensure quality and utilization

Assist to liaise with SSC in training

Assist to coordinate commercial training for MED staffUpdate training data monthly

Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.

Technologically savvy and competence of self-study

Good at Office and able to use We-media tools

Strong organizational, communication and inter-people skills

Excellent team building and get along with colleagues

Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
