Training Specialist
Job Title: Training SpecialistJob Description Responsible for evaluating, documenting, and continuously improving training programs, systems, and documentation. The role includes validating that staff have been trained across the site and managing the training matrix documentation, which includes food safety, HACCP, SQF, safety, etc. 60% of the day involves shadowing employees in the training program or those who have recently completed training. The specialist will take notes and report on the effectiveness and improvements needed in training for each associated position, requiring them to spend time throughout the facility. 40% of the day involves creating reports from findings, assessing gaps and the effectiveness of the training program, working in cross-functional teams to make appropriate changes, and managing the matrix process and documentation. Hard Skills + Training + SOP's + Manufacturing Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Work Environment The schedule will be as follows: Monday, Thursday, Friday 8a-5p, Tuesday and Wednesday 2p-11p. There will also be a 1-hour paid lunch and/or breaks.
