Develop training modules.
Prepare logistical requirements for certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities and confirm attendance of target learners.
Facilitate certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities.
Manage overall records of training.
Guide area owners in updating versatility matrix.
Administer training evaluation (training evaluation form, examination, actual performance assessment).Â
Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
Conduct employee introductory training and onboarding.
Deploy awareness training to targeted workforce.
Coordinate and conduct process-related training (classroom training, e-learning and other computer-aided instructional technologies).
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders’ inputs, employee performance and result of quality systems audit.
Perform other related duties as required
Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Collaborates with site Manager for Learning and Development for business learning requirements of Seating Philippines employees
