How will you make an impact
You will play a crucial role in the Global Services team, an integral part of our IDD Service & Support Organization. Your primary responsibility will be to train IDD Service personnel, including application specialists (AS) and field service engineers (FSE), on instruments, software, and tools. As a part of our Global Services training team, you and your two peers will own the training concept for Global Services trainings, from creation to delivery, ensuring high quality and participant satisfaction.
The position is based preferably in Uppsala. Alternatively, candidates based in Europe with the ability to travel frequently to Uppsala (up to 50%) will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive trainings for AS's and FSE's on the products they requireMaintain, adapt, and update all relevant training materials, such as agendas, presentations, and examsSet and maintain curriculum for new hires as well as experienced staffParticipate in projects related to the creation and revision of training strategy and materialsEnsure compliance with audit requirements for training records and other documentsCreate and maintain relevant content in our Learning Management System (LMS)Deliver trainings both in-person and virtually to enrolled participantsDetermine appropriate delivery method and, where suitable, create engaging e-learnings.Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldExperience of the IVD industryTrack record of high customer satisfaction in a service- or applications-related roleExperience with Phadia Laboratory SystemsProficiency with advanced computer systemsExcellent written and oral EnglishStrong communication and documentation skills, including technical presentation abilitiesExperience in training individualsAre you interested?
