Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **About The Role** The **Training Specialist** is in charge of the development and execution of the teaching-learning process for the sales force, doctors and staff to facilitate the mastery of knowledge of Filorga products that favors the prescription of Filorga products and the achievement of the brand's sales objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** + Training needs detection + Planning, development, management and implementation of the Filorga product training program, skin knowledge and sales techniques. + In-person and online training for sales force, skin specialist doctors and medical staff in Mexico City and in the different states of the Mexican Republic. + Preparation of effective presentations and constant updating of them to include launches. + Develop evaluations to measure performance and brand knowledge. + Translation and tropicalization of shared training from the brands' countries of origin. + Administration and management of training materials (brochures, minis, testers, banners, gimmics, pointer, etc.). + Preparation training kits. + Training record for the preparation of monthly and annual area reports. + Execution of induction plans for new employees & sales force. + Development of videos and digital material for sales force and clients (doctors, medical staff & pharmacies) training. + Support the constant updating of materials that promote brand awareness such as vademecum & patient brochure. + Knowledge of platforms and applications that facilitate the implementation of training programs **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health areas **(Preferred)** + Knowledge of skin, aesthetic medicine and skin pathologies preferred. + Knowledge of facials and skin care product application techniques preferred. + At least +2 years of work experience in training. + Preferably with experience in dispensing dermatological skincare brands (Bioderma, Avene, Isdin, Cantabria, La Roche Posay, Skin Ceuticals, Esthederm, Murad, ZO, HD, Vichi, Is Clinical, Medik8, Neostrata, etc.) or retail (Clinik, Cuadalie, Estée Lauder, Kills, Shisheido, Lancome, Ordinary, Dior, Clarans, Sisley, La Mer, Dermalogica, etc) + Intermediate level English. + Hardworking, empathic and positive personality with the ability to build relationships of trust with others and teamwork. + Experience in crafting and creating training courses. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + High knowledge in Power Point/Google Slides and basic level in Excel. + Empathic, active listening, adaptation to change and flexible schedule. **_*Wide availability to travel (Up to 75% of the time)_** **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer** Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
