Training Specialist Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: None * * * **The Opportunity:** The Training Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining functional position training materials for each of the six functional areas within All Spark Integrated Operations (AS IO), ensuring proficiency training is accomplished and the IO team is fully qualified to perform the mission assigned. The five functional areas are: Shift Supervisor, Operations Bridge, Enterprise Monitoring, Analysis Center, COMM Maintenance Planning Coordinator, and provide support to team members administering training to customer personnel, as required. The Training Specialist should be familiar with the IT Service Management platform Service Now, in particular; Event, Change, Problem and Incident Management Modules and be able to train personnel on the fundamentals of this suite of tools. **Responsibilities:** + Develops and maintains qualification training material. + Updates training material as needed based on changes within the current operation environment + Ensures all new employees are issued and understands the functional position qualification training material. + Support and coach employee through functional position training process and track progress + Conducts retraining or re-qualification training for personnel as needed + Ensures all personnel required to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 or Level 2 certified per the requirements for the functional position they fill + Responsible for reporting compliance and provide IAT Level 1 or IAT Level 2 certification details to customer when requested or at a minimum of twice per year **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + 5 years developing and managing training curriculums + 2+ Years of IT Service Operations Experience + 1-2 years’ experience with Service Now + University Degree or equivalent military and/or commercial experience Preferred: ITIL V 4 Foundations • Preferred: CompTIA Security - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
