Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Global Education is responsible for creating innovative training strategies, as well as the design, development, and delivery of training content across the MSI solutions/product portfolio. Our training services address the educational needs of our Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, enabling each group to be more efficient, effective, as well as ensure established business and operational outcomes are met.
Job Description

Under the direction of Global Education, the Training Specialist will work with the Employee & Partner Training Team to design, develop, and administer engaging learning programs.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Engage with departments and business leaders to analyze learning needs for internal employees and external partners

Support the administration of any self-publishers outside of Global Education including uploading content and managing their portfolio

Identifies new projects necessary to maintain and grow the partner and employee training offering based on customer feedback and product portfolio evolution

Assist with reporting to the business on various training initiatives

Communicate current portfolio status with cross-functional teams

Additional support for the Global Education team as needed to support both Partner and Employee training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

OR 1+ years of training experience

Strong individual contributor and team player

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills
