Your role and responsibilitiesAs an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects.ch day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tAssist in coordination of training events•\tAssist trainers with training content development•\tAssist eLearning developer with content development•\tDatabase data entry and management•\tUpdate marketing and communications content•\tMentoring and networking opportunities.•\tPersonal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions.
Qualifications for the role\tCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States. \tIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. \tUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.\tEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.\tExhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.\tCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
