\nWe are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring optimal matches between Executive Assistants (EAs) and clients through comprehensive assessment, training, and interview preparation. This role combines talent development expertise with deep understanding of executive support dynamics to maximize placement success rates. 

The impact you’ll make...\nEvaluate Executive Assistant candidates' skills, competencies, and readiness for executive support roles\nConduct thorough assessments to identify strengths and areas for development\nProvide targeted skill-building recommendations based on assessment results\n\nConduct mock interviews and provide targeted feedback to improve performance\nCoach EAs on professional presentation, communication skills, and value articulation\n\nCreate and facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops\nDesign realistic simulations to test problem-solving, multitasking, and client interaction skills\nDevelop role-playing scenarios that mirror real executive assistant challenges\nLead group discussions and facilitate peer learning opportunities\n


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or talent development\nMinimum 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients\nMust be comfortable working from Monday - Friday at 9:00 pm - 6:00 am PHT\nProficiency with Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery and coordination\nExceptional presentation skills and knowledge of Google Slides, Canva, and related software\nStrong communication skills with the ability to provide context and consider audience impact\nSolid understanding of different training/learning styles and strategies\nExperience in conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback\nExperience in problem-solving and conflict resolution\nHighly organized with superior attention to detail\n\n
