Job Description
Position Overview:
Responsible for classroom, virtual, online, and hands-on education for the Renewable Training Program team. This individual partners with Safety, Operations and Operations Engineering to ensure the training programs and instruction are meeting the needs of the fleet with respect to safety and technical needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Teach multiple courses related to operations, maintenance and troubleshooting at Wind, Solar and/or Battery Storage sites while maintaining the highest quality standards for safety, electrical awareness and technical knowledge.
+ Support the development of in-house training by consulting with management, subject matter experts and internal customers.
+ Evaluate effectiveness and suggest enhancements to in-house and vendor-supplied training.
+ Create and update training course materials.
+ Maintain tracking and storage of required training session documentation.
+ Support the review and closure of Tech Progression OJT items and other types of evaluations.
+ Support strategic company projects related to training and development.
Required Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum two (2) years of operations or training experience in power generation, energy, or other closely related industry or field of work.
+ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
+ Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results.
+ Intermediate presentation and group facilitation skills.
+ Intermediate technical writing skills.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Base Pay
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD AnnualBonus: 0% - 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
