Description\nWhy this role exists
\nWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Magic EA Training Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and delivering introductory and upskilling training programs (ILT, e-learning) targeting Executive Assistants. You will work closely with our Training Manager to identify training needs, create effective training materials, facilitate training sessions, and assess the effectiveness of these programs, along with making improvements as needed.
The impact you’ll make...\n Administrative Tasks\nEnsures that training documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.\nHandle general inquiries and concerns from trainees about programs created by the team outside of the training schedule.\nEnsures attendance and documentation of team syncs, as needed.\n\n
\nTraining Facilitation\nConducts and facilitates trainer-led, classroom-type, daily virtual training sessions for a class of trainees based on the assigned training program.\nConducts and facilitates assessments for trainees that effectively test out learned skills during the course of the program.\nAddresses and resolves concerns from trainees in a timely manner during training hours.\nProvides objective and constructive feedback to trainees regarding their performance in a timely manner.\nHandles onboarding to Operations for trainees who successfully complete the program if needed.\n\n
\nProgram Management\nWorks with the Assistant Training Manager in reviewing the training program; suggests, and works on agreed-upon enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization/industry.\nPlans, prepares, and creates learning materials such as slide decks, videos, reviewers, etc, that can aid in the trainees’ learning of skills and values related to their roles and responsibilities.\n\n
\nProject Management\nConstantly and clearly communicates progress of assigned projects to the Assistant Training Manager\nMeets communicated deadlines of assigned projects and clearly communicates roadblocks causing the need for extension\n\n
\nCoordination\nConstantly and clearly communicates progress of trainees on day-to-day training sessions\nCoordinates with Assistant Training Manager in onboarding and training new team members, as needed\nEffectively communicates insights and feedback to improve training structure and materials based on trainee performance and feedback during training sessions\n\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMust have 1 year experience in training in a virtual setup with proven success in the area\nMust have 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients\nMust be familiar with Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for delivery of training, coordination with trainees, and documentation\nExceptional presentation skills: proficient or at the very least, knowledgeable about creating presentations through Google Slides, Canva, and/or other related software\nStrong communication skills: efficient, effective, provides context, considers the audience/impact, timely transfer of information and responses\nSolid understanding of different training/learning styles and strategies for different types of learners\nExperience in problem-solving and conflict resolution with proven success in this area\nMust be comfortable working Monday - Friday (9:00 pm - 6:00 am) PHT. \n
