We are looking for a Training Specialist with a Secret clearance or higher to join our Naval Surface Warfare Center Team!

As a Training Specialist, you will:

A week in the life of a Training Specialist:

Provide training program support.  Assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.  Develop new training methodologies intended to enhance training quality and reduce training time and cost.  Conduct training research, both in the laboratory and the field setting, in support of customer training requirements.  Provide R&D in support of the following: tactical decision-making processes; individual and team training methodologies; individual and team performance assessment; aviation team training process.  Prepare training catalogs and course materials.  Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. Provide the best training for our customer by performing continuous research and development of new and emerging Technical Training Plans.  Conceive, model, develop and coordinate exercise scenarios in areas such as Joint training objectives and other factors such as student qualifications, experience, and training, and developing an exercise plan to meet these goals.
