Training Supervisor

Main tasks(主要任务)

根据部门年度计划,制定月度培训计划;

According to the department  requirements ,draw up the development of regional annual, monthly training plans

统筹地区培训需求,合理分配及利用资源

Be given Integrated management of the regional training needs, rational distribution and use of resources;

完成内、外部培训及培训考核;

Complete area of internal and external training, complete training exam;

汇总及反馈地区培训评估;

summarize and feed back regional training assessment;

收集、反馈各种专业问题;

Collect feedback on a variety of professional;

协助客服、销售处理好客户投诉的专业问题;

Help customer service and sales to deal with the professional question of customer complaints;

协助各部门解决地区各种专业问题;

Help other departments to resolve the variety of professional questions;

完成公司下达的各项工作;
Complete the various tasks assigned by the company 同其它部门建立并保持良好的工作关系;

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other departments.

Requirements(要求)

Education(教育背景)

眼科或视光专业本科以上学历

University degree or above

Work Experience(工作经验)

有专业培训经验二年以上者,熟悉眼镜行业,具备高级视光师。

At least two years of experience as professional training management, familiar with the glasses industry, with senior optometrist.

Specific Knowledge/Skills(专业知识)

具备很强的专业知识;

Has strong professional knowledge

眼视光专业技能(验光、眼部检查技能)熟练,具备良好的解决问题能力;

Eye professional skills (optometry, eye examination skills) , good problem-solving skills

从事专业培训、授课等工作,有良好的授课技巧;

Professional training, have good experience in organization of teaching skills

良好的人际沟通能力,良好的分析和学习能力;

Good interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical and learning ability;

具有团队合作精神和良好的责任心;

Good cooperation of team spirit and sense of management ;
