The Training Supervisor supports DC operations and leads the Training Coordinators over multiple shifts in a highly automated, multi-channel environment. Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective onboarding, development, and continuous training of employees within the distribution center. Responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of the workforce, contributing to the overall efficiency, safety, and success of the operation.
This position will support all three shifts with a requirement to work into 2nd shift one day per week. (EG: Monday - Wednesday and Friday standard day shift hours, Thursday, 12pm - 9pm.)
Lead a team of Training Coordinators across multiple shifts:
Timekeeping Development of training skills, coaching, and feedback Consistency in training delivered Facilitate regularly scheduled touch bases Dotted-line oversight of Department Trainers Quarterly trainings on training methods and soft skills Review process changes since last meeting Provide feedback on new hire experience Maintaining open communication by setting clear objectives. Providing timely and effective feedback to team members and other key partners. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in training and development, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment. Knowledge of distribution center operations, safety standards, and industry regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using training software and technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Kronos timekeeping.
