Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure design and delivery of internal and customer technical trainings. Each day, you will guarantee continuous planning for the Training function. You will also showcase your expertise by assigning proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course and by providing schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion NEMA Motors division.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring the effective execution of internal and external technical trainings related to products, systems, and/or services.•\tEstablishing pricing for courses and provides relevant date for use along with proposals.•\tSelecting, managing, and guaranteeing proper training of outsourced trainers.•\tCertifying excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction in your own area of responsibility.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

High School Diploma or GED AND 6 years’ experience OR Associate’s degree AND 4 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years’ experience.Previous Health and Safety or Training experience preferred.Supervisor experience preferred.Must be able to understand and implement OSHA regulations where applicable. Proven track record in safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.Experience in leading direct employees to obtain specific goals.Experience in continuous improvement through leading change.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
