Training Supervisor - ITP

Main accountabilities include:  

Effectively deliver new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel Effectively deliver ITP Fueling OJT and Driver Training – Secondary OJT and other training based on training qualifications. Ensure that the delivery of training courses is aligned to support and ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security, and all government statutory requirements. Responsible to ensure all Company and Regulatory health, safety, risk, environmental and security compliance tasks are completed by responsible parties including fellow fueling team members. Establishes written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily task checklists. Performs routine and periodic operational and safety inspections in compliance with the Company, State and Federal rules and regulations. Responsible for health, safety, risk, environmental and security record retention system. Responsible for all training records. Must be able to direct others and give clear directions. Able to organize and disseminate accurate operational, training and safety information. Able to perform all hourly position job duties including all written task breakdowns. Ensures effective operations of the ITP fueling including assisting with operational duties where necessary. Project a professional image/conduct at all times Support employees and supervisors in undertaking the protective and preventative measures necessary to achieve compliance with health and safety legislation as it applies to them. Support corporate compliance by ensuring that training is aligned to promote and support applicable Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations Report any breaches of statutory requirements or company best practice to management. Participate in safety audits daily and provide corrective action assistance to management. Complete daily shift reports and other reports as requested. Attend and participate in monthly departmental meetings. Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role. Perform other duties as required.

Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Fully understand the company health and safety policy. Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.

Qualifications and Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older. Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record. Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing. Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English. Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Must have high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Competent in handling difficult situations Computer Skills
