Job DetailsAre you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about training? Join our team as a Training Systems Administrator and play a key role in supporting the Site Training Department to ensure compliance with all training requirements set by clients, the MHRA, and other governing bodies.
Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,910 per annum
Office-Based Position
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate training records within the LMS Training Database by entering completed training.
Organise and file training paperwork and certificates for efficient retrieval during audits.
Ensure the availability of printed resources for inductions and maintain stock levels.
Prepare training materials and manage the training room setup for meetings and sessions.
Assist with administrative duties to support the Training Department's daily functions.
Greet visitors and assist with enquiries related to training.
Develop training reports as required and act as the main contact for LMS database queries.
Collaborate with managers to gather necessary training documentation.
Support the facilitation of various training courses and corporate inductions for new team members.
Manage the Allocate training database, including employee role updates and password resets.
Complete regular audits of the LMS Training Database to ensure data accuracy.

Capability to work autonomously and understand the importance of training.
Proficient IT skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous administration experience is essential.
