With a real blended approach to learning and using the latest innovative systems and technology, we ensure our service men and women really are prepared for any situation. **About the role:** The Project Delta Training Systems Integration Architect (TSIA) is a new role. The role will be responsible for providing expert input on submarine systems, in service and in training. The role will support the development of coherent training solutions and the installation and commissioning of an Integrated Training Solution (ITS) into the UK MOD. The role will focus on the integration of the new training courseware and training devices with existing courseware and training media to deliver a seamless training pipeline for individual training. The role will, work as part of a Training Coherence Team, providing subject matter expertise to allow the alignment of the new courseware and devices. Working alongside the engineering Integration Manager, the TSIA will support the delivery of courseware, media and devices. The ITS requires the managed integration and delivery of complex devices, consisting of hardware, software and courseware components, interacting with multiple stakeholders from suppliers (who may be within Raytheon UK, or external) to the customer and end-users within UK MOD. This will be achieved through developing and executing a holistic Integration Strategy and comprehensive Integration Plans, coordinating cross-organisation teams, managing risk and ensuring a smooth transition to achieve the desired business synergies and value realisation. Primarily home-based but must be prepared to travel to support internal and customer meetings and duties. **Skills and Experience** + Recent experience in the operation of and training of complex submarine systems. + Experience implementing integration projects. + Demonstrable knowledge of Defence training systems + Problem analysis and resolution in a secure environment. + Experience working across all security classifications and delivery of solutions delivered through the Secure by Design principles. + Ability to quickly form effective working relationships with all stakeholders required. + Configuration management processes and systems. + Possess, or be capable of obtaining, Security Clearance. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **Desirable** + Managing projects, tasks and deliverables with protective markings or other special handling restrictions. + Knowledge of or experience with Site Co-ordinating Installation Design Authority (SCIDA) + Experience with Atlassian suite, working with Jira and Confluence. + Awareness of NAFv4 and/or TOGAF. + Experience of training devices. **Responsibilities** + Identification of issues that will impact on the delivery of training systems into the training environment.
