Responsibilities:
Trait breeders management – develop relationships and commercial negotiation;
Manage breeders value share – calculation, accrual and payments;
Accountable for contractual arrangement in which the licenser´s patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property may be sold or made available to a licensee (TRAIT);
Licensees’ new trait breeding programs frequently monitoring until its launching;
Coordinate future licensing trait launches for soy, corn, cotton and other crops leading the initiatives until its launching;
Develop trait market analysis seeking for opportunities and drivers for business partners and commercial team;
Cotton WS3 – P&L, incentives , stakeholders and global alignments;
Identify and manage sinergy between Enlist System/Cotton rotation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Administration, Engineering and related fields;
Solid knowledge and experience in the trait and germplasm licensing market (8 years);
Business management, strategy, Marketing, finance and good interpersonal relationships;
English Advanced/Fluent;
Spanish Intermediate (desirable);
Availability to travel;
Driver's license, category B.
