Tranche 3 Technical Lead

Responsibilities

 

Provide technical oversight and leadership to the SDA Tranche 3 development, testing, integration, and operations effort. Oversee systems engineering processes, including cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs Support requirements management and analysis, interface management, architecture development and test and evaluation processes. Work with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure issue identification and resolution is tracked. Review engineering documents and participate in milestones to include, but not limited to: System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Critical Design Review activities and provide subject matter expertise. Work with multiple teams and program offices supporting the coordination, development and execution of system test plans and integration efforts to include planning, coordinating, and executing tests; deconflicting resources; analyzing test data; identifying and facilitating the resolution of issues; and documenting test results Perform risk management activities, including identification and assessment, and develop risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with other teams by actively participating in cross-functional communication to ensure that all teams integrate system requirements throughout program lifecycles. Resolve highly complex and multi-dimensional problems requiring consideration of variables that impact multiple aspects of the project/program. Provide technical advice/input to customer’s leadership that lays the strategic foundation for critical, national capability and customer’s future initiatives. Incorporate Joint Warfighter, Mission Partners and internal SDA team’s feedback on product strategy and identify the best path to improve efficiencies. Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape integration processes. Develop briefings, written reports, and assessments to be provided to a variety of audiences, from working level to senior executives
