We currently have an opportunity for a Trans-Tasmin Contract Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team. You will play a key role in leading a high-impact, Facilities Management contract, driving excellence, growth, and strategic alignment across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to our National Operations Manager you'll help deliver quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Drive profitability, ensure financial success, and take full ownership of contract execution. Provide strong leadership, fostering teamwork across Australia and NZ operations. Build and maintain relationships at all levels, acting as the professional face of the business. Balance data-driven insights with operational instincts to meet contractual obligations and drive growth. Deliver key reports to clients and senior leaders, ensuring alignment with frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in contract development and strategic business planning. Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and driving contract growth. Experience overseeing multi-service Facilities Management operations, including trade services. Skilled in managing OHS, EEO, and safety compliance while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
