Job Description Insight Global is looking for a T-SQL Developer to work for one of our client's based out of the Lenexa, KS area. This person will responsible for designing and implementing new database systems while also developing and implementing stored procedures, functions, and triggers using T-SQL. This person should be an effective communicator to ensure they are understanding the project's requirements. It will be a month ramp up period where this person will learn about priorities and procedures. This person will fit into a team of 3 and work closely with the engineering development team which consists of a team of 5. They will be working on an engineering project that is custom to this client. This person will eventually become the SME of this space within the ETL team. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience in SQL server development    Familiar with SQL server tools such as: SSMS, Profiler, & DTA    Experienced in writing SQL queries Experienced working with Transact-SQL (T-SQL)    Knowledge of stored procedures, functions, & triggers Experience with database design, data modeling, and normalization    Has the knowledge and ability to design/implement database schemas ETL processes using transact SQL (highly preferred) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
