RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Payments Product Lead is a role focused on delivering robust web and mobile payments capabilities to our Corporate clients and apply continuous customer understanding and context in all our products and experiences.

The Role:
We are looking for a digitally savvy product manager to deliver digital global payments capabilities including US, UK, EMEA and Asia based payments tools for our Corporate Treasury and Procurement clients. Candidate will work closely with Engineers, Designers, Client Service and Sales teams to deliver consumer grade products to Corporates.

Identify unmet industry needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmapsPrioritize and rationalize roadmap against business needs, longer term platform health and client needsDrive build-vs-buy decisions in our product development process, combing the landscape for potential Fintech partners in various stages of maturityTest and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, develop Minimally Viable Products (MVPs) and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economicsDefine learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failureRegularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision makingPrioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycleServe as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teamsDevelop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizationsManage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience 8+ years' experience in digital product management, in an agile software development environment5+ years'  experience in financial servicesProven experience in and passion for building and shipping great productsA deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients and how web and mobile interfaces can be leveraged by clientsExperience working with Agile MethodologiesExceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executivesCreative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions.  Deep fluency and experience in at least two of these dimensions, with solid understanding of the thirdBlend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative executionStrong quantitative background to support data-informed decision makingCollaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organizationComfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-baseForward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master’s degree5+ years’ experience in Treasury Management and/or Corporate Payments 5+ years'  experience translating business strategy and analysis into Corporate facing digital products
