RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Payments Product Lead is a role focused on delivering robust web and mobile payments capabilities to our Corporate clients and apply continuous customer understanding and context in all our products and experiences.
The Role:
We are looking for a digitally savvy product manager to deliver digital global payments capabilities including US, UK, EMEA and Asia based payments tools for our Corporate Treasury and Procurement clients. Candidate will work closely with Engineers, Designers, Client Service and Sales teams to deliver consumer grade products to Corporates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience 8+ years' experience in digital product management, in an agile software development environment5+ years' experience in financial servicesProven experience in and passion for building and shipping great productsA deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients and how web and mobile interfaces can be leveraged by clientsExperience working with Agile MethodologiesExceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executivesCreative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions. Deep fluency and experience in at least two of these dimensions, with solid understanding of the thirdBlend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative executionStrong quantitative background to support data-informed decision makingCollaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organizationComfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-baseForward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiencyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
