ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES  

A Transaction Banking Sales Associate will provide support to the sales teams in researching new business opportunities, assisting in developing creative solutions for clients and forging deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop a deep understanding of the Transaction Banking business, working capital management, and the function of corporate treasuriesAssist in the creation of custom client marketing materials to deliver our value propositionOrganize and prepare presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to help our clients meet their goalsCoordinate customized pricing proposals to help quantify client opportunitiesGather and synthesize information on prospective and existing clients to brief internal stakeholdersParticipate in client calls and meetingsPartner with stakeholders across the firm to help deliver "One Goldman Sachs" to clientsDevelop knowledge and expertise on industry trends and the competitive landscape 


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skillsClient facing exposure would be highly beneficial  Extremely strong analytical skills and ability to work with mass datasets including PowerPoint Passion and natural curiosity for the financial services industry and a desire to build knowledge of our business and clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressureSelf-motivated and ability to manage time effectivelyAbility to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload associated with a tech start-upCommitment to excellence and a high level of integrityBachelor's Degree required   ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
