Responsibilities Responsible for the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions and managing location search parameters within an assigned region. Provides guidance and decision support for real estate site selection, transactions and budgeting within assigned region(s). Pro-actively manages real estate transactions in assigned region (s) including impact on the portfolio plan. Manages third party partnerships relating to real estate transactions. Works with brokers and legal counsel to negotiate, prepare and analyze transactions and documentation. Performs financial analysis, maintains ongoing documentation and approves monthly rent roll for assigned region(s). Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or related field. Three years' experience in corporate real estate.
