The role is working with the Global Account, reporting directly into him; a TM role with an emphasis on project and program management. Previous real estate transaction experience and language proficiency in English is essential. **What You’ll Do:** + understand and proactively manage client’s real estate portfolio, including management of critical lease events and vendor or third party broker input to determine optimal strategy for each Project + develop and summarize the goals for each transaction based on current market knowledge and expected market trends + deliver a standardized Project Charter for each transaction including mandated processes, milestones, deadlines and responsibilities and issue standard reports on active project status + prepare the appropriate documentation and secure required approvals from client, client Project Manager and third party advisors (e.g. legal counsel) as required + prepare presentations or business cases for client real estate governance approval + prepare market and financial analysis and write-ups for transaction and funding approval documents. Coordinate final production with other client groups such as Finance, Tax, and Legal + effectively coordinate with the Lease Administration team to ensure information is provided accurately and in a timely manner (e.g. lease abstracts or information updates as required). + act as an extension of clients’ global real estate team and inform client Project Managers as to globally mandated processes, tools, workflow, governance and stakeholders **What You’ll Need:** + owns and manages specific client relationships, manages people and handles contractual issues, handles all but the most sensitive issues with the client or third parties; + enjoys a detailed understanding of the contractual frameworks; contributes to negotiations. Develops plans to drive implementation of client strategy. Can lead a client meeting and is capable of conflict resolution; + provides value add to clients by really understanding client needs and identifying solutions which provide additional revenue + demonstrates understanding of general commercial office leasing concepts; + close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in order to meet client deadlines; + good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority; + candidates with 2-5 years of work experience in real estate will be considered; + previous transactional and/or real estate experience is required; + proven client facing experience; + ambitious and self – motivated; + accurate and exceptional attention to detail; + good communication skills, both verbally and in writing; + ability to chase for the information, build the relationships with brokers to provide data to reports; + strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook); + strong analytical skills, financial/math skills and a keen sense of numbers and financial concepts; + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred but not required; + proven capability in delivering Real Estate practices (preferred); + candidates with recognized real estate qualification will have a distinct advantage. **Company benefits and perks:** + Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market + Career advancement program A chance to learn from the Best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs that will enable you to travel as well as experience how we work in different places in the world.
