Transaction Monitoring Program Manager
**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Transaction Monitoring (TM) Program Manager to join our Meta FinTech Compliance (MFTC) Team. This position will play a key role in executing large-scale projects in the payments area including control design, automation, and technology migrations. You will oversee and manage TM program(s) by monitoring the overall health of the program and driving process and operational enhancements. Additionally, you will help innovate solutions to enable scale for TM controls and processes. The role requires you to work with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Engineering, and Integrity. **Required Skills:** Transaction Monitoring Program Manager Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement complex operational procedures, coordinate change management processes (e.g. developing training materials, conducting training sessions, etc.) and monitor quality. 2. Drive enhancements in TM processes that adapt to regulatory changes or emerging industry best practices including evaluating and articulating AML/CTF risks and coverage, proposing and executing on changes to processes, and providing input and feedback for new and existing TM controls. 3. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, dependencies between projects, and ensure timely completion. 4. Monitor overall program health and track program performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action. 5. Partner with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Legal, First Line of Defense, Financial Intelligence Unit, Engineering) to design, implement, test, and document TM controls. 6. Provide input to various risk assessments for our AML/CTF Program. 7. Participate in projects or operational initiatives that may include cross-functional teams and/or vendors. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor's degree 9. 3+ years of experience in a program management function 10. Experience in a compliance department or other internal control function at a financial technology or technology company 11. Experience conveying complex information to stakeholders. 12. Experience analyzing data, identify trends, and making data driven decisions. 13. Experience developing and executing comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational objectives. 14. Understanding of transaction monitoring controls and regulatory landscapes. 15. Experience collaborating with multiple technical and non-technical teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. 8+ years of experience in a program management function 17.
