Third-Party Liability Associate (TPL)

\n

To provide the TPL Administration with professional support within the Third-Party Liability Unit.

\n

 

\n

Scope:

\n\n Entry level position with basic experience in Microsoft Office skills\n Is currently multi-skilled and/or able to be willing to be with related training\n Completes routine assignments as directed \n Can solve problems of recurring nature and make recommendations for corrective action or changes \n Completes work with a moderate degree of supervision\n Identifies problems in straightforward situations\n Makes sound decisions using standardized procedures as a guide\n Can effectively delve for information through researching\n\n


Primary Responsibilities:

\n\n Verifies eligibility and updates systems.\n Enter data entry correctly, efficiently and completed within a strict timeline\n Receives and sends emails and phone calls efficiently\n Handles special batch claims and claims review.\n Assists with Carrier Billing workflow\n Perform other duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications

\n

 

\n

Successful candidate for this position:

\n\n High school graduate or GED equivalent\n  \n Prior Customer Service and Data Entry experience helpful\n Ability to accurately type and navigate various systems\n Must be able to multitask\n Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Work and Excel) helpful\n Must pass state, federal, and criminal background check\n\n
