Dispute Operations-Transaction Processing Associate

\n

$18.50/hour  

\n

As a Transaction Processing Associate for the Dispute Operations department, you will be working on various projects. These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Qualified candidates will bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment. This position will provide open enrollment transaction support. 

\n

What you will be doing:  

\n\n Process all transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines and without errors. \n Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed. \n Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors. \n Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally. Consistently meet or exceed customer's needs. \n Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work. \n Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels for items requiring risk review, exception handling or further analysis.\n Explain complicated topics in a clear and concise manner.\n Provide a high level of professional and courteous service using empathy when needed, while conducting account investigations\n Log cases in database detailing actions taken on accounts and conversations with customers.\n Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines. \n Performs other duties as assigned. \n Complies with all policies and standards. \n\n

Requirements: 

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age  \n Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education  \n Be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting\n 1+ years of customer/client service experience\n 1+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry including chargebacks and dispute knowledge\n\n
