Location: (Onsite) Stockbridge, GA
Employment type: Full-time employment, benefits and team atmosphere

Pay rate: $18.50/hr
Work schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday | 7:30am-5:30-pm

Job summary:

\n

This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department.  The individual who fills this position will be responsible for coaching and leading others, work distribution, which includes analyzing, identifying, and resolving routine workflow issues. As a Workflow Coordinator you will be in charge of multiples areas and will be expected to lead others in the following tasks and/or departments as needed: the mailroom, processing, quality control, expediting, the auto room, and data entry.  You will also be required to provide suggestions for improving employee’s behavior and performance as needed. This position is considered a production-oriented role, where your performance will primarily be assessed based on your overall contribution in assisting each department in meeting our client based service level agreement goals.

Primary job duties:

\n\n Responsible for  reading and responding to all emails and phone calls daily\n Responsible for leading and coaching others\n Responsible for conducting team meetings\n Responsible for planning, directing, scheduling, and overseeing the daily workflow of assigned area\n Responsible for monitoring the general workflow of the shift along with  receiving, locating, prioritizing, and the distribution of work to front-line employees\n Responsible for ensuring that all customer deposits are made timely and according to the customer’s instructions\n Responsible for ensuring all cash procedures are followed\n Responsible for trash audits\n Responsible for reviewing and rejecting incoming mail according to the customer’s instructions and departmental procedures\n Participates on routine customer calls \n Communicates with customer service to ensure the accuracy of errors received \n Assist in the evaluation and review of current and newly acquired customer instructions   \n Conducts quality checks to ensure Client instructions are followed\n Assist in researching and identifying the root cause regarding production and quality issues \n Ensure all required quality control measures are followed\n Interacts with management and staff to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved\n Cross training others as needed\n Additional duties as assigned\n\n

Required qualifications:

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a H.S Diploma or GED \n Must have 2 to 5 years of consistent Lockbox experience in a leadership role or related experience\n Must have the basic skills to use a telephone. computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed\n Must pass criminal background check and drug screen\n Must be detail oriented, have good problem solving skills, and accurately interpret information\n Must meet the physical demands of the job: will require repetitive use of hands and sitting for long periods of time and may require some bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods of time\n Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions\n Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production oriented environment\n Must have ability to stay until work is completed and work overtime as needed\n\n

Pay transparentcy Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $$38,400 -48,000.
