Hours of Operation Mon-Fri, 4 pm-12:30 am and occasional Saturdays as needed.

 Essential Job Function 

\n\n Advise CSR’s on proper procedures for handling customers in compliance with NY E-Z Pass guidelines and business rules \n Act as next step resolution for customer issues and staff the internal Help Desk \n Manage daily workflow and CSR real time adherence to ensure daily SLA’s are met \n Work with floor supervisors regarding staffing levels and schedules \n Advise supervisors of training recommendations for CSR’s \n Meet or exceed established production standards \n Other duties and assignments as determined by the department manager or supervisors \n Compliance with all Conduent policies and procedures, PCI regulations as well as guidelines under the NY E-Z Pass program \n\n

Previous Experience and Education 

\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience \n In depth knowledge of NY E-Z Pass guidelines \n Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) \n Strong communication skills both verbal and written \n Bilingual preferred \n\n

 

\n

Physical Requirements 

\n

Ability to work in an office environment sitting for extended periods of time 

\n

Use of computer mouse, keyboard and monitor 

\n

 

\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
