About the Role

\n

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. You will verify and correct data where necessary.  

\n

 

\n

Hours:

\n

8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours

\n

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

\n\n Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms\n Transcribe information into the required electronic format\n Obtain further information for incomplete documents\n Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required\n Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks\n Print information when required\n Comply with data integrity and security policies\n Assisting with other duties as assigned\n\n

Qyalifications

\n

To be successful in this role you will:

\n

 

\n\n Have MS Office product experience.\n Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED\n Have prior business environment work experience\n Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers\n Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set\n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship\n Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening and drug test\n\n
