Requirements: 

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.\n Background screening required. \n Driver’s License and Clean Driving record required.\n Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs. \n Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.\n\n

About the Role

\n

As a transaction processor III, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible to client inquiries on a timely basis, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

What you will be doing:

\n\n Pick up and deliver mail, boxes and other deliverables to/from the post office, client offices and vendors.\n Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.\n Perform basic data-entry tasks.\n Respond to client inquiries on a timely basis.\n Perform basic vehicle inspections on the vehicle to ensure safe operation.\n Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.\n\n

\n\n Positive and energetic attitude. \n Ability to communicate clearly and confidently. \n Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n Punctuality, time management and sense of urgency.\n Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge.\n Strict adherence to safety rules, driving laws, scheduled routes, and other guidelines.\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
