Description A long-standing law firm in Seattle is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their Transactional department. This attorney will work alongside a team of associates and partners on Real Estate/Mergers/Finance and other transactional matters. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed due diligence in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions. • Manage closing checklists diligently. • Provide effective representation to clients, maintaining excellent client and interpersonal relationships. • Assist in all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing contracts. • Conduct thorough title searches for real estate transactions. • Review closing documents meticulously and coordinate with lenders and title companies. • Ensure paperwork related to property sales and purchases is completed accurately and timely to facilitate smooth transactions.
