Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a preeminent boutique firm in Chicago with their search for a seasoned associate or partner to join their real estate and corporate practice (No BOB required!).

The ideal attorney will have 7+ years' real estate and corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting with a demonstrated track record in handling complex matters. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate development, leasing, financing and acquisitions, as well as requires experience in M&A, joint venures and/or private equity transactions. Title is flexible depending on experience (associate/partner).
