Transactional Lawyer

Job Description & Summary

For those who make it happen. Not for everyone.

We’re for those who lead with clarity - who simplify complexity, anticipate social and geopolitical shifts in regulation, and create solutions that help businesses move forward with confidence.

You’re more than a legal expert – you use knowledge to shape strategy, enable business decisions, and manage risk.

This is a place where trust matters. You’ll advise scalable clients at moments that matter, guide high-stake decisions and transactions, and influence how organizations respond to change. You’ll lead teams, collaborate across capabilities, and bring direction and innovation where others see only scenarios.

For those who can build trust and reliability in a complex and challenging regulatory environment.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Experienced Transactional Lawyer to join our Legal team (financial transactions & real estate development) in Athens.  You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges - all while learning, growing, and redefining what is possible.

With a wealth of precedents on structured finance and loan portfolio sales, financial sector M&A deals,  and real estate development and investment projects, our firm is looking for a transactional legal expert  to fit in the dynamic team  currently delivering on an exciting project pipeline. The role is fit for legal professionals with a background in transactional work such that enables them to quickly understand the business rationale, structure, legal relevance and negotiation dynamics of diverse types of transactions, with a focus on financial sector projects. We are looking for personalities able to become part of a team passionate for law and high stake transactions, to interact with and coordinate people of different background and seniority, and to demonstrate agility in interchanging between zooming into the critical detail and out to the big picture.
