The Customer Renewals Sales Specialist will:

Maintain a large volume of renewals High call and email volume daily, minimum 30 per day Working with customers to resolve any issues that may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds Following up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generating custom quotes and presenting them to the customer Verifying pricing, licenses, and expiration dates with customers and resellers globally Resolving order issues with customer service and order management Responsible for accurately managing pipeline, forecasting, and committing deals daily and weekly Performing other administrative support duties as requested Achieve monthly quotas and cumulative target Competent use of Microsoft Office Applications for internal and external engagement Effective use of professional communication to achieve targets set. Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and delivering outstanding customer service every day. Communicating with all levels of the organization. Identify and target customers who are eligible for Observability conversion as well as generating other cross-sell and expansion opportunities. Effective communication with channel ensuring quotes and queries are addressed and delivered on a timely manner. Work with Channel partners to ensure on-time SolarWinds renewal sales and overcome any possible delays or obstacles.
