As a Transactions Specialist in the Shipping and receiving department within Global Document Services, you will be responsible for handling materials from the warehouse to the operations floor. You will also operate various types of forklifts, including pallet jacks, walk-behind, and sitting forklifts, to efficiently load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. In addition you will be responsible for shrink-wrapping and banding pallets using specialized devices to ensure secure transportation. Global Document Services is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase.

 

Job responsibilities: 

Perform requisition pulls & manual pullsStock the floor and staging areasRemove recyclable materials to the compactorsAudit the inventory as requiredMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform minor equipment maintenance as neededOperate different types of forklifts, such as pallet jacks, walk-behind, and sitting forkliftsUse shrink wrap and banding devices to prepare pallets for shipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.Be comfortable standing, bending, and carrying heavy materials for extended periods

Work schedule: 4x10 Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:00am - 3:30pm
